CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team via customercare@sefahadi.com or +491772221590 with their order details.

  • Cancellations will be confirmed via email upon approval.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If a cancellation request is made after the order has been processed, the customer may need to follow our Refund and Returns Policy instead.

4. Exceptions

  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Perishable goods such as food and skincare products are non-cancelable once processed.

5. Modifications to Orders

  • Customers may request modifications (e.g., address change, item replacement) within the 24-hour cancellation window.

  • Modification requests after this period are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
