Refund and ReturnS Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Food and skincare products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

A return authorization number must be obtained before sending the product back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Sefahadi is at fault.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items only.

If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

A replacement or refund will be provided based on availability and the customer’s preference.
