TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in the currency stated on the invoice.
Payment is due within the specified period mentioned on the invoice.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges or penalties.
Accepted payment methods include Stripe.

2. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Any additional charges such as shipping, handling, or service fees will be specified separately.

3. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Products must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
Due to the nature of our products, food items and skincare products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

4. Warranty and Liability

Sefahadi provides a limited warranty for products/services as per the warranty policy.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products/services.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and materials to avoid allergic reactions or other issues.

6. Invoice Discrepancies

Any disputes regarding invoice discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Failure to report discrepancies within the stipulated time frame will be deemed as acceptance of the invoice.

7. Confidentiality

This invoice and its contents are confidential and should not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
Customer information is protected under our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
